Michael is originally from Iowa and has been living in Fresno since 1993. Prior to becoming our designated retirement plan consultant in 2015, Michael worked as a physician assistant for over 23 years. He attended the University of Iowa and Drake University and has his B.S in Biological Sciences. Michael completed his PA training at Des Moines University and has worked in primary care and neurosurgery as well as spending the majority of his medical career in at Baz Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center. During Michael's 

tenure at Baz Allergy he was the head of their 401(k) committee for over 10 years and developed a great passion for retirement plans, finance and helping people with their finances. Michael left medicine in 2015 to take on his new-found profession. Michael spends a great deal of time with the small business community of Fresno, CA and helps both plan participants and business owners make sound retirement choices.

Aside from part-time medicine on the weekends and helping business owners with retirement plans, Michael is a passionate family man. Married to his wife Ann they share a home in lovely northwest Fresno with their two dogs, Sadie and Maddie. Michael spends as much time as he can with his four grand kids and parents. Michael is a die hard Kansas City Chiefs and Iowa Hawk eyes fan. If he isnt doing something with his family or watching football you can find him fixing our back aches around the office or practicing medicine for the U.S. Navy on the weekends.
