KERR WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Background
Andrew Kerr began his career in financial services working with institutional firms and national broker-dealers, including Cambridge Investment Research and Lincoln Securities Corporation. Over time, he grew increasingly disillusioned with the commission-driven culture that defined much of the traditional financial industry. Motivated by a strong commitment to objective, client-centered financial planning, Andrew founded Kerr Financial Planning Corporation in 2015.
With a vision rooted in independence, transparency, and fee-based advice, Andrew later launched Kerr Wealth, built on the belief that financial guidance should always prioritize the client’s best interests. Today, the Kerr Companies employ a team of highly skilled professionals who serve the unique needs of Central Valley business owners, professionals, and affluent families—providing deeply personalized financial strategies and wealth management solutions.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Andrew leads a rich and rewarding life. He lives on a working homestead where he and his family raise chickens, cows, horses, sheep, and goats, and cultivate 216 acres of wine grapes. Andrew is also a winemaker and the owner of Dorval Estate Winery, where he channels his passion for agriculture and craftsmanship into each bottle. For him, winemaking is both an art form and a personal commitment to quality, authenticity, and tradition.
A former collegiate road cyclist and elite U23 development rider in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Andrew remains active in the cycling community through weekend charity rides and club events. He is also an accomplished guitarist, having played since the age of 14 and curated a personal collection of 22 guitars.
Andrew’s dedication to living a balanced, intentional life—centered on family, creativity, and community—continues to inspire the mission and culture of Kerr Wealth.
